Alex’s Machine has had a full week of love at the Topanga Motorcycle Spa while he has been away been Racing.

This week I gave the bike a very thorough inspection and a 6000 mile/2 year service inc ,wash and detail,new battery,fresh coolant,rad cap and fittings,all new fuel/air filters,fuel lines, repaired the tank mounts.

Fitted some fresh Pirreli’s, checked and greased bearings,overhauled the front calipers with OEM seal kits EBC HH pads,Installed some caliper update parts.

Installed 43 British Customs rear sprocket, 19 renthal and a DID chain.

Installed the very Throaty MIVV stumpy Exhaust , Remapped the Fuel injection and set up.

Also the bike has full Galfer rotors and Carbon Fenders.

Now the bike rides like it should do and looks perfection !!

Alex bought himself a really mint Speed Triple, its in for a service and some performance work as he likes to go really really really fast in a Ford focus…………but not the  average car your mum goes shopping in…….

Rudds Bonne Black waa at the shop for 2 weeks and had a major overhaul along with a load of British Customs parts!!

This week I did a crash repair on the bike along with a Major service to get the machine up to some good road trips.

The list of mods include :

Fresh Dunlop GT501 tires and Moose Baja race tubes, Wheels serviced, bearings greased,British Customs Sprockets/DID chain, Front and Rear calipers overhauled with new seals and pads.

Black Clubman H-bars, CRG mirrors/adapters,Pazzo Shorty Levers,Billet mirror plugs.

British Customs Ceramic Black Predators, K and N filter,AI removal Kit,Graphite Wrapped headers,  Full carb overhaul,Thruxton needles and rejetted,powdercoated carb tops and intakes.

British Customs LED cateye fender removal kit,small turn sigs and a Spiked Licence Plate kit,Billet seat screw kit.

This Bonne is definatly not boring anymore!! Its  a real blast to ride fast in the Canyons and set up to perfection!!

As usual I could’nt leave the Thruxton alone and decided to build the bike properly how I would like it,

Its going to be getting the full treatment and will be a new show piece for my new store and site !!

Rudds Bonne Black has done 8000 miles and its time for some serious maintanance and modifications, all very exciting stuff so watch this page!!

Rods had his T100 for a few years now and loves it, I just did a crash repair on the bike including

The 06 Duke Sport Mono 1000 is all relaxed and feelin a lot lighter after a week up in Topanga Motorcycle Spa!!

Mods this week include

6000 mile service inc wash and detail and all  fresh fluids for the summer

O.Z.Racing Forged Billet wheels and fresh Bridgstone Donuts

RK w racing chain, Driven billet sprockets 1 tooth down on the front

Moto Creation Full race exhaust system and Fat Duck 0/2 manipulator

Obereon Billet clutch slave cylinder

Holy shit !! this thing is a different bike, Light, Fast and F***in Loud……

Just like it was meant to be!!!     love it!!

The Thruxton Canyon Special is screaming out out for some more modifications  and this week it has had a lot of detailed powder coating, Steve Mcqueen headlight conversion,and a set of new style British Customs stainless Pipes and some custom leatherwork on the tank/tail. Its looking stunning right now and with the extra work and parts is going to be about $9995 OBO and well worth every penny as you could not build it for that !

Also on order for it is a airbox removal kit, CR Racing Carb Kit, The new British Customs alloy race side covers, LSL Clip ons, Full race Works suspensionand lot more Billet ………Man I love this bike but it wants to find a good home !!

Lees Ducat Sport Classic Mono1000 is in the shop for some lovely upgrades inc O.Z Racing wheels,Moto Creation Full system and a good service and a freshen up………its gonna be well cool!

Jasons 03 Bonny is Looking the best it ever has after a week of modifications in the shop.

Its got a very aggressive stance after the custom built Works performance ‘trick ‘suspension set up and really looks like it wants to burn rubber!!

This week : I fitted some oversize  fresh Dunlop GT501 and moose racing tubes,serviced the wheels.

1 year service to factory spec inc wash and detail,flushed the brakes with RBF600 racing fluid,serviced the carbs/filters

I had the ‘one off  ‘ride height adjustable Street Tracker shocks along with Nitrogen Cartridge  Fork internals made up to suit Jasons riding style, Fresh OEM fork seals and gators,

Installed the British Customs Fender Removal kit/Bullit turns sigs/rerouted the wiring to factory spec.Took care of a couple of electrical issues.Fitted a custom Triumph Race seat available at the shop.

It also has the Full Stage 11 performance kit From B/C with those sexy sleepers and CR racing carbs and runs sweet as a nut, Its a very well put together Hot Rod Cafe Racer what handles  the canyons as well as it runs………..wot a bike!!
